How to Penis - Exercises

How to Penis

Penis Exercises must be taken up with caution. Always visit a Doctor to ensure that you're ready for certain exercises and that these exercises are safe. Generally exercise is intended to increase intercourse time before ejaculation. But when it comes to Exercises there is really only one that will actually help.

It is not masturbation. That is for self-gratification and while that is fine and great it doesn't exercise the penis in anyway that will allow that strength to be used during intercourse.

This routine is called a "kegal" and if you've heard of this in reference to women... it's the exact same muscle. Women normally do "kegals" because it is said to highten the area that has contact with the penis during intercourse... thus causing more stimulation.

Doctors also suggest doing kegals for other medical purposes. It helps to control urine flow among other things. But the reason men may be interested in such exercises is because of how it can affect intercourse as well.

The kegal exercise stimulates the pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle which is connected on one side to the pubic bone and on the other the tail bone. The Pubic bone is the same bone the penis is connected to.

It's called a "kegal" because it is named after Dr. Arnold Kegal.

It has been scientifically proven over and over that strengthening due to kegal exercises can increase penis erection and more importantly help to control seminal ejaculation. This results in men being able to control when they ejaculate during intercourse which is contrary to the normal routine of ejaculating due to physical stimulation.

With the added benifit of helping urinary problems this exercise is a win - win and should be practiced by all men. Penis Exercises help most people and are easily done anywhere.

Simply contract the muscles and note the rise in elevation of the penis. These are the same muscles that start and stop urine flow so you can also practice during urination by stopping and restarting the process. The contraction also causes the testicles to be pulled up slightly in most men although this doesn't happen in all men.
